New: type-to-search loot, accent-friendly search, online-only raid add

• The bid dialog's Loot picker is now a type-to-search box instead of a dropdown. Start typing and it suggests matching items from every boss in the current raid (not just one boss) — picking an item auto-fills its boss for you. Same change applies to the Loot manager's Edit dialog.
• Searches now ignore accents: typing e matches é, a matches à, and so on. This applies everywhere you search — the roster, the Attendance list, the Loot Report chooser, the add-to-raid chooser, and the admin chooser.
• The "Select character" chooser used to add players to a raid now lists only guild members who are currently online, so you're not scrolling past everyone who can't actually be in the raid. (When you're not in a guild, it still shows everyone.)
