Removed a large amount of old/unused code that had no current function, mostly old UI/Settings code that has been replaced over time. This makes the addon around 120KB lighter and should make the addon even more lightweight. There shouldn't be anything affected by this update functionality wise.

• Fixed the modified backpack gold display staying blank until reload after you turn off "Modify Blizzard UI" - the normal Blizzard gold now comes back instantly, and its coins are clickable again
• Improved gold totals and the character list against corrupted or old-format saved characters - a single bad entry can no longer break your total gold or freeze column sorting
• Fixed the remove-character dropdown in Display settings erroring when a corrupted character was present
• Fixed extra tracker windows leaking memory when created and deleted repeatedly - deleted windows are now reused instead of left behind
• Improved backpack gold accuracy - the overlay no longer refreshes twice on every gold change
• Fixed WoW Token price and statistics-cleanup timers stacking up after repeated UI reloads
• Fixed nested default settings sharing internal data, which could let one setting's value bleed into another on a fresh install
• Improved gold tracking against missing character or realm info during login
