I added three choices for plain right click on the Player and Target frames: keep Blizzard's menu, use an assigned action only while in combat, or use it at all times. Combat-only is the default for new characters. Existing characters keep their previous choice.

In Settings, Always and Only while in combat are now checkboxes. Leave both unchecked to keep Blizzard's menu. I also gave the Settings panel a clearer border and darker background.

Modified right-click bindings and other supported unit frames keep their existing behavior. Export strings save the new right-click choice, and older strings can still be imported.
