Updates interface version

This updates the interface version for WoW Version 3.3.0 (10958)
This fixes a bug which returned in v1.1.0 (originally reported
by AxnJackson11)
This removes the 'Applying Addon State' message.

This is tagging the same point as v1.1.1. The packager is refusing
to repackage v1.1.1 because I had to delete the tag when I realised
I had not updated the interface version.
