- Refined the dungeon item level color bands to read more cleanly across Champion, Hero and Myth reward tiers.

- Reworked the Mythic+ run counter to use Blizzard run history instead of unreliable completion-event logging.
- Improved automatic panel refreshes so Delta updates more consistently after Mythic+, Vault and Portal changes.
