Lots of new quests from Spazmoose.

Spazmoose actually did some research to find the list of dailies/weeklies, rather than just adding them one at a time to the list when it bothered him, like I did.

Spazmoose also added a bit of code to handle weekly quests in a separate search. I have left the distinct daily and weekly quest lists and searches in place, with the thought that I might add a toggle to turn each list on/off separately, but it might be better (i.e. less code) to simply combine the lists. If I ever get to allowing in-game selection of quests it will all become a moot point, so I am not goign to think about it too hard right now.
