Tagging as v2.0.0

No more static quest lists: AcceptDailies is now driven entirely from information form the live game API and will no longer require manual updates as repeatable quests are added in future WoW releases. Thanks for your patience and help in maintaining the manual quest list up to this point, and thanks to Blizzard for finally adding all the necessary API bits to make the process automatic.

This change should also allow AcceptDailies to function in non-English versions of WoW.
