Absolute Quest Log is a library add-on for anyone wishing to standardize library access and or get clean consistent eventing for different quest events. If a user has the Questie, Grail, BtwQuests or Quest Weaver add-ons installed, AQL will detect those and use them to provide quest chain information as well. This is not guaranteed currently since it depends on those addons. If Questie or Grail are present the user also gets much richer quest data. I would recommend that if you use this library and want rich data, you make either Questie or Grail a requirement of your add-on depending on what versions you are targeting and what usage you have in mind.
If you need to debug while using the library, the library supports the command: /aql debug [on|off|normal|verbose]
Verbose debugging mode will give you the most information as you might guess. All debug info is printed to your chat window.
You can also use "/aql list" to print a list of quests and quest id's in your log.
Lastly you can use "/aql fire <quest Id> <event name>" to artificially fire the AQL events. This is useful for testing.
