Burning Crusade Anniversary

• Fixed an ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED taint issue that could affect Blizzard action bars and prevent protected UI actions such as Logout from working.
• Fully separated Ability Wheel's radial buttons from Blizzard's ActionBarButtonTemplate and ActionBar update system.
• Preserved secure spell casting, drag-and-drop, keybind activation, cursor positioning, and Close ring after using an ability.
• Fixed ability icons sometimes becoming completely black after being clicked.
• Changed radial buttons to standalone secure Button frames instead of toggleable CheckButton frames.
• Restored the larger Classic-style action-slot border without reintroducing Blizzard ActionBar taint.
• Increased icon size and reduced excess empty space between the icon and border.
• Re-centered and resized the slot artwork so borders are consistently aligned around every ability icon.
• Final icon inset reduced to 1 px for a fuller Classic-style appearance.

Other clients

• No functional changes to Forever, Midnight, Mists of Pandaria Classic, or Classic Era in the 1.5.8 TBC visual update.
• Existing client-specific compatibility implementations remain separated to avoid cross-version API conflicts.
