ABC WoW — SkillRow

Make every skill-up impossible to miss!

ABC WoW — SkillRow is a lightweight addon that displays your character's skill levels directly on your screen and celebrates every improvement with a large, animated visual effect.

Whether you're leveling weapon skills, Defense, gathering professions, or any other skill, you'll always know your current progress — without constantly opening your Skills window.

See Your Skills at a Glance

Choose which skills you want to monitor and display them in a compact, customizable panel.

Each tracked skill shows:

• Skill name — The skill being monitored.
• Current level — Your current skill value.
• Maximum level — The current skill cap.

For example:

Defense: 21 / 30

Herbalism: 75 / 150

Swords: 128 / 150

Track as many available skills as you like, including combat skills, professions, gathering skills, and more.

Never Miss a Skill-Up

The main feature of SkillRow is its distinctive Skill-Up Crit Effect.

Whenever a tracked skill increases:

1. The updated skill value instantly appears.
2. The number rapidly grows with a bright yellow and orange glow.
3. It reaches your configured maximum size in 0.5 seconds.
4. It smoothly shrinks back to normal over the next 1.5 seconds.

The animation stays centered on the original number, keeping the interface stable while making every skill improvement immediately noticeable.

You can customize the effect from 200% to 1000% of the normal text size.

Customization

• Select exactly which skills to display.
• Choose a horizontal or vertical layout.
• Adjust text size and spacing.
• Enable or disable the panel background.
• Move the panel anywhere on your screen.
• Lock its position to prevent accidental movement.
• Customize the maximum skill-up animation size.
• Preview the animation at any time using the Test Crit button.
• Save your settings independently for each character.

How It Works

SkillRow reads your character's skill information directly from the World of Warcraft API.

It monitors skill changes and automatically updates displayed values when a skill increases.

No external libraries, manual updates, or additional addons are required.
