v29.1
It would seem that the upload of v29 didn't uploaded correctly and I forgot to change the version text.
This should fix that.
v29:
Added a control for exporting FBX that has these new options:
- Export only the selected object.
- Export All objects but excluded the hidden ones.
- Export All objects including any that are hidden.
- Export in Binary or ASCII FBX format.
- Diable exporting 2nd UV texture and 2nd UV Cordinates.
v28:
Added code so it works with World of Warships!
Added file association so you can tlell windows to up .primitives with the editor.
Change the way objects are listed on the list panel.. It has the name of the primitive as it is in the file.. No more Primitive #.
Change the default name when exporting to be the same as what is listed in the object list panel.
Change the way it loads textures.. if they are already loaded, it reuses them. This saves a lot of load time and memory.
Added code to remember the settings of the terrain, model mode (wot/wow).
v27:
This is a replacement for earlier V27.. It had some useless menu items enabled.
Changed how the polygon selection works.
Added a way to set the path to your working folder. (Where you have extracted things to)
Added a button to the Swizzler to change green/alpha normal maps to the old RGB tangent maps.

Fixed a lot of issue and add more things.
v16:
While fixing the bug in saving gun models, I created a bug in saving the hull.. My bad :(
Also.. I made the rotation edit function 'snap' to whole numbers.. IE 36.0 .. not 36.121 degrees.
This will make it a lot easier to get exact 90 degree rotations.
v17:
Fixed a bug in creating the Tangents and bi-normals.
Now it will always create new ones for all models that are on the list.
v18: Made it so it centers the selected polygon in the texture view window. Made it so it maintains the center view point when zooming in the texture view window. Added info to the rendering window if a path cant be found. Shows FPS now in render window instead of redraw time in milliseconds.
V19: fixed a bug introduced that stopped some models from loading Add a button to load the .visual files in to windows WordPad.
V20: Fixed a bug where re-sizing the texture to over 400% would crash the program. Changed how it looks up the contents in the file.. This is easier and less error prone. Updated the help file.. change the info regarding my ingame name.
V21:
Added controls for flipping the UVs during Import and Export of OBJ and FBX files.
This will make it a bit easier to view the UVs in most 3D apps like Maya and 3DS MAX.
Updated the Help file.
V22:
Added a new shader so that when Bump is on and textured is off, it Bumps the surfaces.
V23:
Fixed an issue while exporting FBX on multi textured primitives when there is no normal map (bump map) for the section you are exporting.
This is probably the crash some see when exporting.
Also fixed a minor mistake in the UV flipping logic
although this works will load HD model textures.. It does NOT use the PBS method of shading.
It works with world of warships but this is sorta beta.. I think it will be OK but needs lots of testing.
