This is a complete re-write of the original editor.

As you can see in the image, it supports syntax highlighting.
It excepts command line arguments and will try to associate
visual and chunk files to the editor so those types will open in the
XML Editor when you double click them in explorer.

This fixes the display issues with the bad XML that the game uses.
World of Tanks uses their own sort of XML format that will not display
correctly in XML editors. To get around this, I do some fancy pre and post
filtering of the XML to correct the way it displays.
This version supports the following features:

• Text Searching
  
• Right Click Context Menu
  
• Syntax Highlighting
  
• The colors can be set for the Syntax Highlighting.
  
• Supports Double Click association of visual and chunk files.
  
• You can associate any files you want.
