New Features + Look!

• Added new Feature /tankiescan to allow you to keybind the scan button to easily do it on the fly!
• Complete new look for Tankie, thanks to a lot of design help by my friend Arty <Key> on Pergo NA!
• The old tankie.xml file is still located in the folder, you can rename the current one, and rename the -OLD one to tankie.xml to revert the "Skin" of Tankie back to the original if you do not like the new one, but hey... What's not to like!?
