Fixes bug that was incorrectly engaging the mouse lock using one of the temporary disengage buttons (e.g. SHIFT/ALT/CTRL)

Prior version of Steer would if the Maintain Lock while in Combat option was set, would also engage the lock if casting, this was separated into a separate option

Fixes bug when upgrading a prior version of Steer that was causing a crash when opening the options window
