Changed Enemy Faction skulls to the monster-type skull (like for kill quests/bosses)
Changed default health breakpoints to 70% and 30% for Medium and Large skulls.
Added ability for User to select their own breakpoints, since some classes have different breakpoints (50% or 25%, for example)
