Features:

* Added option for lowest roll wins (default is still highest roll wins) the message to the party chat will have the following look then using lowest: "Roll for: [item-link] (lowest wins)

Bug fixes:

* Fixed an issue where member-flag changes caused the LootWindow and/or ManagementWindow to incorrectly be recreated (sometimes in the wrong state).

* Fixed an issue where the generic bag event wasn't proprly attached. Clicking the bag button in the Vince raidframe should now work correclty.

* Fixed an issue causing item details and loot queued items to not survive a /reloadui (they should now).

* Fixed an issue where the 'enable autoloot' option was ignored. 

* Fixed an issue where 'IsMasterlootOn' was incorrectly calculated.

* Fixed an issue where the roll toplist wasn't proprly update when runing in development mode.
