• Allow disabling of specific encounters.
• Make draws cleanup themselves. Prevents a lot of silent errors from going off and encounters easier to maintain.
• Fix marks not being removed from unit bars (Starmap).

Laveka

• Display stack message upstairs when the hex target is downstairs.
• Add missing timers between really long midphases.
• Change default colors of timers.
• Disable timers in the last phase (doesn't work on french client yet).
• Few german translations to start the translation process.

Starmap

• Add lines between player and asteroids (default off).
