Fix:

[GA] Ohmna: Fix a very old lua error which block many things, like the next pillar announce.
[GA] Council: Fix the next P2 timer value.

Bug Known:

Hidden Channel don't work since Free2Play version.
Hidden channel is used for Avatus and some line commands (/raidc break).
Status:
With the 5.13, that will work only after you login, but no more after a /reloadui.
