- Rewrote the logic to support other types of procs (each spell is associated with a proc window now)
- Add support for instant cast BioShell T4 and Ricochet T4 for engineer
- Add support for Esper 5 Psy Points (will show a proc when you have 5 psy points)
(Spell Slinger assassinate will arrive in the next release. Same for Stalker Punish T8)
