NPCBubbles

I threw this mod together a while ago out of personal necessity. The mod is pretty simple - It adds a chat channel called "Speech" to the channel list. This channel functions the same as NPC Say, but will show all chats even if it's only by the bubble above NPCs' heads.

Most people dislike chat clutter, but I know there's a few from the bunch that like to see that sort of stuff. I kinda see it like playing any game with subtitles, where you just want to see what they have to say. Neat stuff.
