LUI LootAlert v1.2

• Added option panel in order to manage guild ranks as well as window alignment / direction.

• Raid-members without RA/RL can now also use the addon, although some parts like Loot Distribution, Vote System and so on are prohibited.

• Added Vote-Mechanics in order for raid-leaders to vote on who should get an item or be allowed to roll on it.
