- Added Auto Start tab to options.  If turned on, if you come within a certain distance of the challenge "start" spot, and the challenge is considered "Ready", KC will trigger it to start.  The default distance is 10 meters but you can Edit this distance on a per-challenge basis from the option tab.  In a later release I will add the ability to change where the "start point" is.  For now it uses Carbine's information.
