- Added Option to hide Challenges on Cooldown
- Added Option to hide KiruChallenge during Combat
- Added a 10 second delay if KiruChallenge is opened via the menu or command /kch and the window is current hiding because "Auto-Hide when No Challenges" is turned on (it would just keep hiding itself immediately otherwise.  Peekaboo.)
