- Added a Distance Filter to not display a challenge unless it's within your chosen distance.  This works in conjunction with the option "Auto Hide When there are no challenges to show."  NOTE:  Whitelisted challenges or challenges that I cannot determine a distance on will still be shown.

- Added Option: Show and Sort Distance for "Ready" Challenges  (user request)
- Added a button to "Ready" Challenges to show the Hint Arrow if you don't want to start it.  This should also work in Housing areas now.
- Added a list of your NOT DONE challenges.. you'll find it in Options.  Next update I'll add an option to show these on the zone maps.  Explorer challenges are not included in the list because I need to code further to ignore them if you're not an explorer.
