There is now a timer on how often a person can be detected, to reduce spam. The time is 60 seconds (60 to 65 because of how the timer works).

When someone is auto-rival'd, their rival message will now be set to their guild name, unless they already have a note. It should be mostly obvious which notes were put in by this addon.
