DotPlates

DotPlates is a minimal replacement for stock Nameplates. It is however unique in that it presents critical unit information as collapsing dots.

Minor fix to scoot nameplates down if off the screen.  Some additional bug fixes by implementing CassPkg (color crash) and debuff sprites.
