Fixed issue where the target was not being set correctly. Typing /crash will now work again for your target, instead of having to type the mob name.

Fixed issue where the target was not being added to the ignore list correctly (related to the above). CrashCourse will now only tell you that it has a strategy for that mob once per session- no more "type /crash" spam!
