- Created a proper settings window, this can be found either using "/cxp" "/cxp options" or hitting ESC and finding it in the list
(Old commands still work)

- Updated code to register itself with the default Interface addon by carbine, allowing you to save different positions that default again (thank you user comment #55)
- Added /cxp reset pos -- Resets all UI elements to default positions
- Added /cxp reset bag -- Resets the bag+money part of the UI to default position
- Added /cxp reset bars -- Resets the xp bars of the UI to default position
- Added /cxp resetall command -- Resets all settings
