UPDATED TO API 9

Added an extra check that should stop the housing buffs from auto opening on EU clients.

The extra NPC dialog before selecting a quest will now be shown. 

Removed redundant setting for always auto opening quests. Quests will no longer auto open the first quest until the setting is changed in the settings window. (Defaulted off)

Quest rewards will no longer re-sort themselves after being assigned a key, when using keybindings. This should stop some confusion on pressing (1) for the top reward but receiving a different item.
