Carbine UI Fixes

This addon is a collection of fixes for bugs and issues in Carbine addons rather than making a new addon for each fix every single time.

Once they patch one of my fixes I will move it to the patched section and remove that part of the code. 

Slashcommands:

• /carbinefixes - description of active/patched fixes and credits
• /cf - short version
