BijiPlates

This is a build by the user Aukomoo

I've uploaded my own updated version of BijiPlates as I'm sure Casstiel is very busy, especially with another nameplate addon to work on.

Fixes include:

• Tarwyn's memory leak fix
• Fonts are no longer blurry
• Cast bar font now matches the chosen name font
• Interrupt armor display setting now works

There may still be some other memory leak issues, haven't had time to check.
