New Features:
- Adds the option to disable the mentoring popup. Note that this will also disable /mentor - but you can still right click a player and mentor them from there. This also affects raid groups.
- Adds the option to fade-out their HP/Shield/Absorb Bars when they go out of range (customizable slider) - Thanks to WildcardC (Author of Grid) for his initial implementation in Grid.

Improvements:
- Attempt to fix an old workaround for a bug where bar art was not updated properly. The result is that a lot less calls are now being made (optimized/more efficient) - but this might show some wonky bar art until the addon is properly loaded. Besides that I think the updating bar art issues are fixed.
