Valyrie's Lock Defensive Target

What's new in this version

• If you select yourself the automatic re-selection of a locked DT is disabled (so you can heal yourself); when done, selecting anyone else (or noone) as DT will make it re-select the previously locked DT again
• Added option to permanently disable the automatic re-selection of your currently locked defensive target (you will still have the "lock" indicator above your DT)
• Added a way for other mods to communicate and enable/disable the automatic re-selection of a "locked" defensive target; the FiveAlive mod will use this to get mouse-over healing to play nice together with this mod
• ESC will also close the settings window
• Added slash command '/RBY s' as a second, shorter, slash-command alternative to open the settings window
• Re-selection of a locked DT will now be done faster and from a longer range
• Fix: mod version is now shown properly in the 'Add-on Manager'
