Make it where skills no longer require said Stat(s) to unlock the skill (Read mod description before downloading)
This mod alters the skill unlocking system so that players can access all skills without needing to meet the specific stat requirements previously necessary. This means that you can fully explore and utilize any skill without being restricted by your character's stats.
