Reduces the base Level 4 skills in half. If you are using modded skills it may conflict with the cooldown card, some skills may also cause conflict
This feature reduces the vanilla cooldown time for base Level 4 skills by 50%. However, if you are utilizing modified skills, there will be conflicts with the cooldown card. Additionally, certain skills from the modified skills that affect level 4 will cause conflict.
Avatar/Hero PvP: While the mod is enabled, PvP lobby hosting and matchmaking are disabled.
