You need your Gear Weight under Weight "D", anywhere higher and it might not work. Mod will not work if you are at or past Weight "F"
Description
This mod removes the movement speed cap within the game. It is designed for players who use high-AGI builds and speed-increasing buffs (Speed Form/Movement Speed Chip Accessory), allowing them to maintain their full movement speed without being capped by the game logic.
This mod does not "give" speed; it simply removes the limit. Your actual speed is still determined by your AGI stats, Weight, and Active Buffs (Speed Form/Movement Speed Accessory Chip). If you are too slow it may not work! See media tab for details!
