[CP] Mr. Qi’s Expanded Shop

"Mr. Qi’s Expanded Shop" expands Mr. Qi’s Walnut Room shop with additional endgame-friendly trades that use Qi Gems instead of gold.

All new trades are fully configurable through GMCM: toggle each item on/off, adjust Qi Gem costs, and optionally use a minimum year unlock (Walnut Room is already gated, but the year setting is there for consistency with the Expanded Shop series).

Items added:
Book of Stars, Golden Mystery Box, Treasure Totem, Prize Ticket, and a configurable Cinder Shards bundle plus Stardrop Tea.
