[CP] Pokehaan TV

Pokehaan TV adds a custom TV channel to Stardew Valley focused on Pelipper Town.

Each day, Kehaan appears on Pokehaan TV with a randomly selected gameplay tip or item spotlight. Broadcasts cover mechanics such as finding wild Pokémon, combat stances, Energy, breeding, skills, seasonal trainer battles, progression, special encounters, and useful Pelipper Town items.

Features:

• Custom TV channel: Adds Pokehaan TV through BroadcastAPI.
• Many different broadcasts: A random Pelipper Town tip or item spotlight is selected each day.
• Gameplay tips/Item spotlights: Covers mechanics such as the Partner Journal, wild encounters, combat stances, outbreaks, Energy, field work, skills, breeding, seasonal trainers, progression, and more. Also explains useful Pelipper Town items.
• Pokehaan Totem: Includes a broadcast about the Pokehaan Totem from Pokehaan Dew Additions.
• Based on official Pelipper Town information: Gameplay details are taken from Pelipper Town's own player guide and in-mod documentation, then adapted into shorter TV broadcasts.
• Custom channel artwork: Uses separate Pokehaan TV scenes for normal tips and featured items.
