Solarpunk v1.0 ready

Few tweaks to make game slightly more convenient:

• Movement Speed +20%,
• Jump +15%,
• Interaction Distance +40%,
• Grabable resources (sticks, stones, clay) will respawn x3 times faster and closer to the player.

Installation
Extract utoc/ucas/pak files from archive to ...\steamapps\common\Solarpunk\Solarpunk\Content\Paks\~mods

Create ~mods folder if you don't have one yet.

Uninstallation
Delete installed mod files from ~mods folder.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting main player pawn asset.
