Solarpunk v1.0 ready

Just skips all 3 logo animations.

Installation
Extract mod folder from archive to ...\steamapps\common\Solarpunk\Solarpunk\Content\Paks\~mods. Named folder with utoc/ucas/pak files should be inside ~mods.

Create ~mods folder if you don't have one yet.

Uninstallation
Delete installed mod files from ~mods folder.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting main menu assets.
