Better HUD

Solarpunk v1.0 ready

Few adjustement to make HUD tidier and more functional:

• Number of hotbar slots increased from 8 to 14 (added slots won't have keybinds but legit for scroll),
• Hotbar, survival gauges and quest text made slightly smaller,
• Game version on the HUD hidden completely, you can always check it on main menu.

Bear in mind, additional 6 slots on hotbar will share items with the first 6 slots of inventory.

Installation
Extract mod folder from archive to ...\steamapps\common\Solarpunk\Solarpunk\Content\Paks\~mods. Named folder with utoc/ucas/pak files should be inside ~mods.

Create ~mods folder if you don't have one yet.

Uninstallation
Delete installed mod files from ~mods folder.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting hotbar and hud asset.
