Solarpunk v1.0 ready

Mod improves airship stats:

• Max speed by x2 for every ship tier,
• To compensate increased speed makes ship controls more responsive to reverse,
• Increases docking distance by ~x5 times, you can press E from afar to stop bumping your dock you bumpkin,
• HP slightly increased as well (from 2k to 3K) - I know you will be ramming things on full speed anyway.

Installation
Extract utoc/ucas/pak files from archive to ...\steamapps\common\Solarpunk\Solarpunk\Content\Paks\~mods

Create ~mods folder if you don't have one yet.

Uninstallation
Delete installed mod files from ~mods folder.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting airship assets.
