This mod adds a custom Lot Trait to The Sims 4, allowing you to give your builds unique gameplay effects, buffs or skill boosts. Assign it to any residential or community lot from the Build Mode Lot Traits panel.

Summer Feeling: Summer Feeling Lots are perfect for Sims who love the feeling the sun gives them and others around them. Sims on this lot are more likely to chat to other sims, increasing Charisma, Comedy and Mischief to their hearts content. Don't forget about that perfect tan they'll get too

Este mod añade un Rasgo de Solar personalizado a Los Sims 4, permitiéndote dar a tus construcciones efectos de juego únicos, mejoras o aumentos de habilidades. Asígnalo a cualquier solar residencial o comunitario desde el panel de Rasgos de Solar en el Modo Construcción.

Descripción del Rasgo de Solar

Sensación de Verano: Los solares Sensación de Verano son perfectos para Sims que aman la sensación que les da el sol a ellos y a los demás. Los Sims en este solar tienen más probabilidades de conversar con otros Sims, aumentando Carisma, Comedia y Travieso hasta que quieran. No olvides ese bronceado perfecto que también conseguirán.
