Description

Attention: There are two versions, one of them is modded, the other is converted from modded to vanilla friendly. Edit: Now one more Version with the Royalty pack. Pick and choose!

Simfasia is a save file about the ancient world, with a few cultures like Romans, Greeks, Egyptians, Vikings and Germanic's. Some Sims you might recognize from History lessons or heroic stories. The save is not historic correct, there are for example persons that lived not in the same time or an Emperor is in the wrong palace, clothing is not historical correct.... so don't take it to serious.

The main version of this save file is with mods and I used a lot of packs. I think most Simmers that play historic will use mods anyway, but I converted the modded save also to a vanilla friendly version, where I changed modded furniture, clothes ...

Cultures included

Greece

Alexander the Great leads a Greek world, that includes a few temples, cemetery, theater, bath house, market and more.

Rome

Building the palace, I was inspired from Neros golden house, but the emporer of this world is Marcus Aurelius. There are also gladiators a strega, cemetery, a coliseum and of course a temple and a bath house.

Egypt

Hatshepsut leads the land on the Nile. There is a palace, temple, city of the death and a library.

Vikings

Erik the Red leads his people on an Island with a hot spring and a shipyard.

Amazons

The Amazons live and fight without men.

Occupied Britain

The Romans occupied this area, now after the death of one of the tribal leaders they plan to take over his tribe and land completely. But there is Boadicea, the tribal leader's window, she is not giving up so easy.

Asia

In China, Quin Shi Huang lives in a palace with his concubines.

Kelts

For now, only one Celtic family lives from the land.

Germanic tribe

Arminius was taken by the Romans as a child, a common praxis to hold the peace. He and his brother were raised like Romans and got an education (or indoctrination) and served in the military. Now he is back on a visit. Will he stay and take over the leadership, or return to a comfortable life in Rome.

Sultan

The Sultan and his concubines live a luxurious life in the palace.

Khan

The Khan is traveling with his mobile house to plunder another city.

Packs used:

First, I tried to restrict my self in the use of packs for this save file. But, more and more, I added packs to use. So at the end I used the following list of packs for buildings and CAS. If you are missing one of these packs, there may be important items like doors missing, but of course you could add another item instead. I used additionally a few items from other packs, that you would not know they are missing in case you don't own this pack. As an example, I added knitting baskets from the nifty knitting pack or a ball from University. This would not be something that changes the building, but is nice to have, if you own this pack.

Mods used:

The following list are mods I used to build the modded (there is also an unmodded version) save file. I know it's a lot, but I think it is worth it, to give it the antique style and from my experience most historic Simmers will use mods anyway. Most of them are CC, some are also some activities for your Sims like blacksmithing and pottery (works offline and has antique items) and the main mods for this save file is Lazynephs Royalty mod and the Ancient Greece add-on. If you are not download all CC, items like furniture or build buy are missing and your Sims can be running around without clothes or hairs. To check if the mods are still up-to-date is up to you.
