Main level : entry lobby, reception area, 2 restaurants (the one in the rotunda could also act as a bar), 2 restaurant kitchens, private dining room, business center, meeting room, public bathroom, staff office.
Lower level : grand ball room, spa/gym/beauty center, staff’s area (office, breakroom, changing room, facility room and laundry)
First floor : 6 luxury hotel rooms, 1 hotel suite with a terrace.
Second floor : 2 very large penthouses, 1 one with a balcony and 1 with a rooftop terrace.
Lot size : 50×50. Currently set as a generic lot. This lot could be used as a : restaurant, lounge, bar, nightclub, spa, wedding venue and of course residential. All requirements for the mentioned lot types have been met. Please note : if you play this lot as a restaurant, I would recommend to use only one of the available restaurants (and remove the waiter station, host station and chef station from the other restaurant, for routing purposes).
