And, no, it is not too small for a welcome party - as the following scene clearly shows.
From the top view, it gets quite clear why this Lot is a raw diamond.

Watching the building itself from the very top, you see the plain nature of its architecture: Raw, natural, the most necessary, but also cozy, and with a great potential for expansion in the future.

The New Beginning -
That's the name of this rather rustical starter that has a warm water source underneath to lower your water costs. Simple, but plain, warm-hearted, and cozy, at least that was the judgment of young Family Pancake when they saw this little raw diamond for the first time. There is enough space to build much more in the future, like adding a floor or enlargen the House all in all.
So now, it is up to you: There is no CC. in this Lot, all you need is Basegame. Interested?
