This is a lovely little seaside house with space for chickens and maybe a lama. It's been playtested by Marianne. She took university and then reach the top of Investor branch with a bit of MCCC cheating :)

This house has a hallway with a diningtable, but it also has a diningtable outside in the garden. It also has a livingroom with a TV, double bedroom and big bathroom on the main floor. The house also has a side entrance with a bike, going through the kitchen. 

The second floor has a single bedroom and a livingroom with a stereo and bookcases, chess and easel on 2 upper floor terraces.

The garden has a BBQ area with a diningroom, a pool with a jump, a covered seating area, and an area with a firepit, but it also has a sofa area outside.
