This is a park with a bar and a bed for the owner on the roofterrace.

It also has:

Food options: espressobar in the cafe and 3 stalls from the "For Rent" pack.

Activities: chess, hottub, firepit, deckchairs, grill/BBQ.

For kids: swing, monkeybar.

Live Entertainment: piano, mic, guitar, music.

Still entertainment: Jukebox, tv.

Garden: Grand fountain etc.

Playtested.
