FRIENDS: The Complete Experience

The build includes Monica and Rachel’s apartment, Joey and Chandler’s apartment, Ross’s apartment, and Phoebe’s apartment. Each home is fully furnished and recreated with recognizable details from the show.

The ground floor includes Central Perk, a Flowers, Books & Coffee Shop, a beauty salon, a gym, a laundry room, and a residential lobby.

The shared rooftop has a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and a lounge space for the residents.

The six main FRIENDS characters — Monica, Rachel, Ross, Phoebe, Joey, and Chandler — are also included with this project and available to download.

Gameplay Features

The lot can be used in two different ways.

Residential Rental

The lot is already configured as a Residential Rental, allowing the apartments to be occupied by separate households.

The shops and shared spaces remain accessible, but they do not operate as active Small Businesses in this setup.

Residential + Small Business

Change the lot type to Residential to use the ground-floor businesses with the Small Business system.

Central Perk, the Flowers, Books & Coffee Shop, the beauty salon, or the gym can be operated as businesses while your Sims live in the apartments above.
