Casa Oliva

The ground floor has comfortable spaces for family meals and evenings together, with a fireplace in the living room and a separate dining room. The olive tree growing through the kitchen island is a special feature, bringing greenery right into the kitchen. A laundry room and powder room take care of the practical side.

Upstairs, a reading area surrounded by olive trees offers a quiet place to take a break. Both bedrooms have their own walk-in closets and bathrooms, and the primary bedroom also has a private terrace. A separate home office provides space for work or study.

The top floor adds more to do at home, with a gym and full bar on either side of a glass-roofed corridor. The gym opens onto a meditation terrace, while the bar has its own outdoor seating.

Outdoor

The barbecue terrace has space for outdoor meals and time with friends. A separate terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers gives your Sims somewhere to relax. Plants continue around the terraces and into the house, making the outdoor spaces feel like part of the home.
